Mental Health and Wellness Training
Post-pandemic research has shown a dramatic increase in reports of mental health issues in the workplace. According to the World Health Organization rates of anxiety and depression spiked by over 25% during the peak of the pandemic and that trend has not slowed. This increase is showing up in the workplace where mental health challenges have become a growing disability category in many organizations. This situation is exacerbated by the stigma that still exists around mental disorders and the reluctance to discuss it openly at home or at work.
With 20 years of experience, I offer engaging workshops that address common mental health misconceptions and promote awareness. Participants will learn to identify risks, create a safer work environment, and apply effective strategies in various situations.
